Definitely a 5 star experience with BDry Waterproofing. From the first contact to the completed work we couldn't have been more pleased. On time, organized and efficient. The work crew were knowledgeable and quick! Our basement has been dry for the first time in almost 40 years, even with some record setting rain this past year. Highly recommend

BDry came for an inspection after previously receiving an inspection from another company the previous day. BDry was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about potential issues I have. They also did not try to up sell me unneeded services unlike the previous company which suggested over $20,000 in work that turned out to not be neccessary.

Even though I did not end up needing any servicing done, I would trust that they would be honest and work in good faith.

Quote process is easy and was not high pressure at all!! If you are having basement issues please call Justin. Once the work started they were on task and got it completed on schedule. My basement was cleaner after they left than what they found it..I am more than pleased with my experience with B-Dry and their Zanesville Team!!

We are very happy with B-Dry. We had do our basement in 2003. Our pump went out on New Year Eve. I called them Wednesday morning and he was here by 10:00. Now we have peace of mine.

I had a wonderful experience with B-Dry from start to finish. I had a water issue in my basement and Justin came out to take a look and give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several tips and options to address the problem. He was very honest and helpful. I had some waterproofing done and their crew was great as well. Very courteous and cleaned up after they were finished. Not a drop of water since! I highly recommend B-Dry.
