  United is a great team you can depend on for getting detailed and objective information on a home. They offer a wide variety of home inspection services, and they made sure to help me get exactly what services fit my individual needs and nothing that was not needed. Amy was very fast to respond and detailed in her answers, and she and Jason are gifted in explaining the various systems in a home. They used a drone and various other technical devices for the inspection. Then we did a thorough walkthrough allowing me to ask additional questions. A very educational experience overall. Highly recommend.

  We had an outstanding experience with this great team! We had gotten quotes from different companies and nobody matched United Home Inspection. They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend you give them your business. They are Veteran owned and operated and it shows.

  Professional, responsive, thorough, tech savvy, consistent communication, and client focused - United Home Inspection Group is exceptional in each of these areas! My client, relocating from Florida, was able to speak directly with them, voice the concerns about the property, pay online, and retreive the very detailed report online all within three daysand not just any three daysDecember 22nd through December 25, holidays and the coldest weather Kentucky has seen in decades!
  
  As a real estate agent, I refer and work alongside inspectors and inspection teams all over the state. United Home Inspection Group will always be on my client referral list when I am in their service area and I look forward to working with them again.

  Choosing United Home Inspection to perform our property inspection (Home, Radon, and Termite) was the best decision we could have made! Amy was extremely communicative before, during, and even after the inspection - she responded very quickly and also sent updates without even needing to check in. She was very organized throughout the entire process, listened to concerns we had about the property (paying special attention to them while at the property), and took the time to explain everything in detail. She even went the extra mile by reading several seller's disclosures that we had available for the property to identify any additional areas of potential concern. Additionally, she was extremely kind, patient, and informative, taking the time to answer all of our questions and even to provide additional advice in our move to the area.
  
  The report itself was very detailed with pictures throughout that specifically displayed any items described. My father, who has much more experience with these inspections, said it was the best inspection report he had seen. Also, we had a very short timeline to work with - United Home Inspection was able to perform the inspection and provide the report in less than 3 days!!
  
  During the entire process, it was very apparent that Amy cares deeply about providing a quality report and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend United Home Inspection to anyone looking to get a thorough home inspection (and the expertise that comes with it) - it was money well spent!
