There was one staff member that took his job wayyy too seriously. A little girl was playing with a ball in the basketball area bothering nobody. And he came, walked past the parent (DIDN'T SPEAK,SAY EXCUSE ME or anything) took the ball from the maybe 1-2years old. Then proceed to put the ball in the dodgeball area where they were clearly not in need of another ball. (NOTE: the ball BEEN in the basketball area the entire time). The mama bear quickly corrected him and he impolitely TOOK a dodgeball for a kid's hand in the dodgeball area and gave it to the little girl. CLEARLY he's in the wrong field. Smh that could have gone terribly adults play about a lot of things.our kids aren't one. Just because they are kids doesn't give you a pass at being a polite adult. Lol had my kid( the one he took the ball from) looked sour at me 😂😂 OVER WITH! My kid wasn't going to disrespect an adult but his mother and father most definitely will on his behalf.
Idk his name but he is Caucasian, and wore multi colored socks up to his knees. Remind him that respect goes two ways. If you hurt a kid's feelings over foolishness, a parent will react unapologetically.
As far as jumping, it's ok . The pictures posted are exactly what you get. Great for 8 and underolder kids would want more to do. Dodgeball was the only attraction for the older kiddos.
No we wouldn't go back. Not just due to THAT staff member ( the rest were AMAZING). This was LIFE for my five year old but boring to my 11 year old.response / report this review -

5 stars for JJ's exceptional customer service. My daughter's birthday party did not go as planned. JJ promptly handled the issues. If he's not a manager, he should be. Great job Sir. Thank you.

A little pricy but most of these places are. We had a blast tho! Arcade and bowling alley offer a variety of fun. There is also a little bar and daiquiri place for adult fun. Great place for ALL ages. Waiting list for bowling on busy nights, prepare in advance!

Was very clean, staff was 10/10 and Mrs Kat was amazing! Birthday rooms are clean and they are upstairs so you can over look the play areas. Recommended for birthday parties. We celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday there and it has a little bit of everything for kids and adults of all ages.
