Awesome experience.! The staff at New Century Insurance went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right level of car insurance coverage.

horrible insurance they are not responsive at all. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy with them for 3 weeks and they keep telling me they will call me back (and never do) or put me on hold then hang up. They just want your money and have terrible customer service. The woman on the phone who answers is horribly unprofessional too. Still don’t have my policy canceled

So I don’t usually make reviews, but I just had to about this company. They help you insure a car every single step of the way. Ashley is so awesome! She lets you know whenever the insurance company you sign up with is trying to reach out to you and if you have any questions, she explains it to you as best as possible. I recommend new insurers to call and get set up with whatever company you’d like through New Century. They give you estimated payments and let you know if there are any special offers. So happy to have found them.

Wonderful Sweet Staff, Awesome Prices for Auto, Home Insurance, Buisness Personal, Workers Comp and even TAXES! Free Coffee and always a nice atmosphere.
