Terrible Service Dept. Dropped side by side off in Oct told them I had 2 weeks vacation in November, got too pick it back up in Dec. So if you don't really need your machine your ok. Make sure you have plenty cash in pocket, the price has NEVER been what I was told it would be. They don't tell the truth about when your getting your machine back. What's even worse this is my 4th or 5th machine from there (I must be special kind of stupid) . I've had my side by side back in there 4 times. Terrible!! Once I had a 4 wheeler over there 5 times same issue, walked out and caught them pushing back up on my trailer. While I was paying for a fixed machine!! Terrible. After this extended warranty runs out I'll Never be back there again!!! Terrible Terrible Services!!! I'd be ashamed how I treat people if I worked there!!!!! Terrible

I've had great service here, but repairs are pricey. I bought my daughter's ATV here and everything went great. The salesman is wonderful, the price was competitive, and I've been notified of recalls.

So far so good on service guys was extremely nice and of I wanted special oil all I had to do was bring it to him. Gonna look over my hole bike and swap old tires out for new ones. And check everything should be done in few hours so let's drop it off and see what happens. Real nice group of guys !

David at the Beckley store was wonderful. He listened carefully to how I planned to use my purchased product and helped me sift through the pros and cons of a variety of options. Unless u got pocket full of cash hanging out, you probably wont get much help here. Especially if u need service, be ready to wait a month 😞

I was riding Hatfield Mccoy trails over Easter and encountered an issue with my machine. I just want to praise these guys for a minute. These guys have never met me, nor have I ever been there. After calling around to a few dealers within an hour of Pocahontas trail head, i realized these guys wanted to help. I dealt with a salesman as well as the owner Paige. I have never met a nicer group of people willing to help someone out. Not a friend, but a stranger off the street. These guys went way out of their way to get me rolling again so I could enjoy my weekend away from home!

On top of my pleasant experience, the show room is nice, with a big selection to choose from! I will always recommend United Cycles of Beckley! Please stop by and see for yourself! You will not be disappointed.

I have been dealing in the powersports business 22 years and this was the most pleasant and nicest group I have ever dealt with.

Very helpful and friendly. I came from new jersey and stopped in. I left with a brute force and a side by side. They went out of there way to give us a good price and they are very knowledgeable. Im planning a trip back to west Virginia and i will make a point of stopping in. If your looking it will pay to stop by. You won't be disappointed.

General Manager is extremely helpful and always sure to meet the customer's needs. Had an awesome buying / trading experience.
