Ummm #yum. Tried this recently went with the mushroom burger and was surprised to find cheese in the middle. It was moist and so tasty. The fries were good also!

The burgers are fine but are way too small for something that costs too much. The BBQ burger was pretty good but still costs too much for such a small burger. The service is alright but the cashiers have always seemed full of themselves.

So surprised and disappointed at Shake Shack tonight. They no longer cook burgers rare or medium rare, just medium. Also, no lemon for the ice tea, and we waited forever for our food (with very few people in the restaurant). Once we got it all three burgers had so much salt ( and I like salt) they were almost inedible. Shocked. This use to be my go to place for great burgers. :(

Adam is one of the sweetest and most enthusiastic workers ever. The food is really high quality and reasonably priced (a shack burger is less than a dollar more than a big mac and it tastes way better) so if youre in the area stop by and eat outside. Its awesome.

It was pricey and the burgers were small. Burgers and fries tasted good but the place was deplorable. There wasn't a clean table to be found. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter standing around and no reason for the table and condiment counter mess. The floor wasn't any better. I ended up holding my purse while I ate because I didn't want to put it down and have it become sticky with whatever. It wouldn't have mattered how good the food was, I'm not interested in eating in that type of mess. The shakes were so-so.

Burgers and shakes are good but a bit pricey. Everything is solid separately. For two people I ended up $34 (sharing fries). If this just for lunch, it might be too much but if your meeting with friends and want to chat over some specialty burgers than this might be a good place. I don't often visit boca, so it was nice change. Not enough room inside with A/C but plenty of tables outside with overhang fans.

Slow service (19 minutes for 3 burgers, 2 fries & 3 drinks). Way over priced. Food is OK. Not bad at all but like I said it's not worth the money and if you're very hungry, the burger without fries won't fill you. They buzz your pager when your food is ready but for this price they should have table delivery at least (like Pei Wei's for example). Another problem is some people prefer to wait standing up for their food (instead of sitting at a table) so there's a lot of traffic around the pick up area plus multiple trips as needed to condiments area so there's always bunch of people walking all over the place at all times.

Overall I think it's overrated & overpriced. No reason to go back (for us at least).

Been going since it opened . Our kids beg us to go. Likely the best burger place around and we look forward to when they open a place further north. Hopefully palm beach gardens or Jupiter. Shakes , burgers and fries are what to get. Beer and wine is available which is nice ..

The Shack Stack is a life changer! Best burgers I've ever had and that mushroom is just divine! We went at the end of a small Sunday night rush last night and WOW! The food at this restaurant is always the best, but last night was truly special. If you haven't tried Shake Shack you definitely should.

TL;DR - Comparing this to Chic-fil-a since I went with the Chicken Shack. Sandwich is a direct rival, was delicious. Crinkle fries were super crispy, may prefer them over waffle fries tbh. Only problem was slow service, but only compared to fast food. Pretty great overall.

While the atmosphere was quite interesting, the prices are exorbitant for unsubstantial quantities of food. In addition to this, I would argue that the taste was mediocre at best, especially when you can't eat without constantly thinking about how much each sip of that milkshake you're drinking is worth. I was very disappointed with my visit and have no intention of returning.

This is a great place for a burger and a shake period. It is fast and you won't be disappointed with the meat and their special sauce. The fries are golden and crispy if you ask for it that way, which I recommend always doing. The vanilla shake there is delicious. The prices are very fair and the place is clean enough and has a nice wood/metal look to it.
