One of the worst institutions to have a loan with. While they have a way to make payments online and by phone, they charge a convenience fee of $14.95 for each payment. The only low cost way to make a payment is the mail by check or set up a reoccurring transfer from another bank using a check. Both are a headache if you don't own any checks.
