We usually do business at the Olathe locations the people are very professional and sweet.
Today we stopped at the Metcalf location because we were close to it when we walk in the tellers didn't say hi at all
Before I can say anything she saw the check and she assume I didn't have an account there she said I am going to charge you a percent for cashing the check I told her that I did have an account there she didn't apologize she gave me my money and threw it on the counter didn't even say thank you (NOTHING) very unprofessional never will bank at Metcalf again

Great people who are kind and considerate. I've been with them about a year. Christine did my checking, savings, & mortgage and it was a fantastic experience.
