I used my lunch to go over and get some money orders. Mind you i get 30 minutes for lunch and i was late back due to the customer service of this place. I get safety of tellers but come on. You have to talk into a computer type deal to get help. Uhm really your in OP for god sakes not some run down area that is dangerous which you should be hiden for your safty. And to top that off the teller or the person helping me from the lobby clearly knew how to print freaking money orders. Working at a financial institution you should know how to do such task. I bank at Industrial and would definitely recommend them. But Valley View would be a no go.
