Very good experience here with client advisor Ashley Tucker. She's extremely personable and knowledgeable. The whole experience was low pressure and very good all around.

Update: my review above stands as far as my experience with Ashley, however, I’m not so sure some of these reviews aren’t absolutely correct. I sent a complimentary email to both the sales manager and the general manager regarding Ashley’s service and more than a week later I haven’t received even an acknowledgement. Not a huge deal, but kind of in line with claims I’ve seen on here that once you buy a car they basically forget you. The only communication I’ve had with either of them was, through Ashley, we asked if we could add an option to the build of the car, which had already been ordered but we were told wouldn’t be built until January. Apparently she asked her sales manager and he told her no. Perhaps we made a mistake leaving a small dealership to come to one of these large dealerships where they are less customer-focused.

My name is Joshua Stephens. I have used BMW of Gwinnett twice this year. The first car I bought was through a sales guy name Ryan. Ryan made the deal go fast and easy. They found the car I wanted and were willing to work on the price to make sure I was happy. Then last week I texted Ryan to tell him I wanted to trade my Jeep in on an X5. Ryan sent a note back saying he took a new job somewhere else. Ryan then said I will pass your information on to Justin he is a great guy. Less than 24 hours later Justin was working my deal out for me.I thought I knew what I wanted which was an X5e. When I arrived I was not in love with the car so Justin spent hours trying to find the car I wanted. Lucky that Thursday they had a shipment of cars that came in and the car I wanted was on that shipment. They worked a great deal on the car and Justin was so easy to work with. The reason for editing my review is due to the fact that the X5 having issued. I told Justin he had the service department call me and set up a time to bring the car in. I explain to the person on the phone the issues and the car has to be cold for it to act up. So I get there at 8:10 this morning checked in and waited. At 8:24 Mathew the service advisor came and talked to me. First he was rude and acted like I was wasting his time and then was like we have no loaners so you can set and wait or make a new appointment. Mathew was rude and I don't do well with rude on no levels. I am paying customer who just spent a good amount of money on a new car. So I would suggest that BMW of Gwinnett have a class with with service department on how to treat people .

This is my first BMW and I'm having a blast on the M240i. My buying experience was excellent! The service provided was top of the line. Alex, the salesperson, went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. He will take care of all your inquiries and make an easy buying experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Gwinnett Place.

Bought TWO CPO vehicles in 4 years and the entire experience working with the Internet Sales team and the staff at this dealership was a breeze.

Recently I went in to buy a different car that I identified online. But the sales fella was amazing he showed me a few options on the lot that were cheaper and more loaded (albeit a few more miles). The vehicle I got finally had just arrived and they had not even certified it at that point. But I knew at that point these guys had my back covered.

They also bent over backwards and repainted a door that had scratch on it that I was not too thrilled about. The pre-owned sales manager had to make a call on it but it got done. All included in the purchase price that I did not need to haggle a whole lot over.

We have been taking our other vehicle (x5) there for servicing over the past few years. No complaints with the service department as well. That is how a dealership should operate.

My husband and I went to BMW of Gwinnett Place to do some fact-finding on new vehicles. Our sales person, Andrew, was amazing. He was patient, answered all our questions and offered excellent advice when we explained our situation with my trade-in. We didn't think we were ready to buy and wanted to look at a couple other makes before making a decision. At no time did we feel any pressure from him to make a decision on the spot. We test drove several other makes and knew that the BMW was the way to go for us. When we called, Andrew was with another customer but found another sales person to help us complete the sale. We came back to the dealership later that afternoon and were greeted by Preston. Preston went above and beyond our expectations and we ended up with not one, but two BMWs in our garage that evening. Every person we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. It did take a while to complete the transactions with finance, but they were extremely busy that day. Once we were in the finance office, we were able to wrap up both transactions in under an hour. We will definitely refer our friends and return to BMW of Gwinnett Place when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase.

I have owned BMW's for over 15 years and have recently moved to the Atlanta area. After not receiving a response from United BMW which is much closer to me. I contacted Rich Pisanti, the manager of the Service department. He was extremely responsive in responding to me , proactive and professional in in our interaction and in addressing my issue. Furthermore I found everyone else that I dealt with at the dealership friendly, professional and extremely responsive. it is definitely worth my extra drive to bring my car here.

Had it towed in Friday evening. Called multiple times Saturday trying to get in touch with a human and phone system is a joke. Never could get anyone to tell me anything about my vehicle or call me back. Same for Monday. Finally got in touch with human Tuesday and morning and told them if they can't at least tell me when they will look at it, then tow it to Athens BMW where they actually will respond. This got their attention and they finally put me in touch with my service advisor. Joe was good once he started to address the vehicle and it was promptly repaired. Gwinnett BMW is just too busy to adequately address the volume.

Bait and Switch dealership! Stock# 53692A is advertised as $1000.00 less on auto trader. Sales manager/GM not sure calls me and states the car is not finished going through their CPO Certification! I reported this to auto trader as well!! What ever happened to honesty!! Car business must be great! The other 2 gentlemen before the sales manager/GM were very nice but I do not care if you sell 500 cars month! They are trained that it is all about the numbers and not the person!

BMW of Gwinnett is always working to make their customer service a better experience. I love this place and got my car serviced there even while living on the very opposite end of town. It is the best BMW place in Atlanta (yes, I have tried all the others too)

I recently bought a CPO BMW X5 from Stephen Matz, who was well-versed in the vehicle and its specific features and who was a pleasure to work with. On the test drive, I noticed some front-end vibration at 70 mph and on return, Stephen had service check it out. I thought it was just a balancing issue but service determined that the tires (new) were defective, and they replaced them all. That took a little time, but they got it done while I was working on the financing with Danny, who is also easy to deal with, and who streamlines the paperwork superbly. I give Stephen and his associates high marks.

I have owned about ten BMW's over the past three decades. Save your money and time and find another dealership or qualified local mechanic. I spent three days trying to reach a member of their senior team. They don't talk to customers. Why patronize a business you don't have a recourse with in the event you run into any issues.

AAA lost the keys to my vehicle. I spoke to a young lady who claimed to be an Assistant Manager. Found out when she responded to an email she was an administrative assistant. That's a big difference in my book. I sent her the documentation she requested. They then came back and said it wasn't enough. I then was forced to call BMW USA who gave me a totally different take on the policies of BMW then this dealership. I'm not sure if it was miscommunication, poor leadership or deception. But be assured they were more interested in selling me a car then addressing my concerns..

    Run don't walk!!!!!!!!!

Jimmy was my adviser. Jimmy provided a service that anyone would be proud to accept. He remained calm whilst dealing with my ridiculous warranty company and clearly voiced the next steps. Along with this the commutation was fantastic, I would always receive an update by phone or email no matter what it was allowing me to continue with my work and personal life without any worry. I would recommend Jimmy for all your service needs.
