My first time removing my wisdom teeth so I was a bit nervous. My orthodontist recommended Union City Oral Surgery. Since they always took care of me I took their word and went with them.

From start to finish the whole experience was smooth. From the front desk, to the X-ray room and to the surgery room. Doctor K make sure he explained and answered all my questions and went up and beyond to go over the procedure. Also, he gave me reassurance that he will take good care of me.

The surgery went so fast and efficiently. Even after the staff were very friendly and professional. What I like the most, the place was very clean and the tools and technology was up to par. I got to see the X-ray of my mouth on the TV right in front of me.

I recommend Union City Oral Surgery 100%. Guarantee you they will take care of all your needs!

This place deserves 1,000 starts! Literally just waking up from my 3 wisdom teeth extraction procedure this afternoon specifically so I wouldn’t forget to leave this review. This office is stunning!! It is so chic, technological & clean! The front staff is so nice and helpful! I cannot believe they were able to get me in for a extraction surgery is less than a week from calling to schedule. The lady who does the xray is also very nice and does her job very well! The back staff is so great i cannot get over how safe i felt! The doctor and his 2 assistants(or nurses lol i am very bad with names) were sooo nice and attentive! Will definitely Come back when needed again 1000%

I was completely turned off with the practice from the front desk. The poor , customer service or lack customer service that I receive when calling deterred me from going even further.
I was referred to this practice from a family member who said that the providers were great, but I couldn’t get past the gatekeeper. The receptionist seems like she did not want to be at work did not pay attention to anything I was saying over the phone. I explained why I was calling she took all my information then said they didn’t do root canals, mind you I lead with that !!

Beautiful office. Love how organized everything is. I Went to get a specialist’s opinion on tongue tie for my 7 week old baby. I love how they took their time to speak with me and provide their expert opinion. Very nice staff and DR. So attentive, understanding, helpful and welcoming. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
