Dr. K has a first-rate dental practice. The vibe is kind but also highly efficient. Everyone was in sync, beginning with warm greetings from Tina at the front desk to Alexa, a very skilled and knowledgeable hygienist, to Dr. K himself. Right after the cleaning, he glided in, looked at my X-rays and photos, carefully examined gum recession and pronounced me fit to go on my way. Kudos to all at Precious Smiles!

Interactions with Dr. K have been dependable, honest, ethical, and high quality. You'll notice others have mentioned 'honest' as well; I feel this is very important. I've had other doctors / orthodontists in the past that haven't been so honest (and in business in general). The communications about billing are always fair and no surprises, and his opinions about what is best are honest and helps arrive at the best solution available. The front desk even made some recommendations for my family members who have been trying to find specific information about their dental situation and had nowhere to turn for honest feedback. thanks Dr. K

Had the awesome experience of working with Dr. K and his team during the busy holiday time. His practice is ran so ethically and patient needs are put first. Stacy the hygiesnt is so kind and really cares about her patients. I was so impressed with his practice that I will be returning with my boyfriend to make Dr. K our new family dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Kao for nearly 15 years. He is always very attentive to detail; he is also very compassionate. I had a problem tooth a year ago - he spent much time helping me get through the crisis. I highly recommend him. Stacey is amazing at cleaning the teeth. She is very professional and thorough.

Dr. Kaocharoen is an exceptional dentist and a really nice person. He's amazingly gentle, quick, and technically perfect. Stacy, the hygienist, and Kristi, the front office person, reflect what a great practice this is. I've been a patient for over 10 years and have never referred a person that did not rave over Dr. Kaocharoen and his staff.
