This bank scammed me out of so much money when I had an account here! Negated any sort of "interest" I earned in fact I know I LOST more than I gained when I banked here. Crooked as the day is long.

Horrible service, went to cash a check from here as i hate bounced checks. Take the check in, finger print it, scan my license teller goes in back. 10 minutes later we couldn't get a hold of the party, we can't cash the check. I'm like why not, we can't tell you. So i'm confused asked if i got an account here could i cash the check, response is "No sir that is not how we do things here"? Even manager confirmed couldn't cash it. Person had to go the next day and get cash out, which there was sufficient funds and i had to meet up with him again, what a huge hassle. I will never take checks from this bank and tell everyone to avoid at all costs. Chase/US bank are much better choices.
