Rent elsewhere! They made me wait 40 minutes even though I had a copy of my paid contract and showed up 20 minutes early to get an early start to my day, hopefully. The guys were helpful in the warehouse, but after Don arrived, he alleged that I owed a balance; I tried to show him my paid contract, but he didn't want to hear it. I was forced to walk into the office, waited another five minutes, and then after I rang the bell, Don hastily informed me that I was indeed paid and walked away, mumbling something. At this point, I’m now back outside in the will-call line with my truck and trailer, and sensing my displeasure, I heard him tell the loaders not to load the tables and let him do it himself. Then he had the nerve to try and assist me with the tables after telling me it was a liability to have the guys place the load on my trailer. To top all this excellent customer service, he asked twice, “are you okay and what’s your problem.” Hmm, I wonder?

We have been using Ultimate Rental for several years and they have always been accommodating and easy to work with. Being a small family business ourselves, Ultimate Rental has always been clear on communication and efficient deliveries for us. Allen works hard and helps us every time we need a delivery. Highly suggest them for rentals.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Don at Ultimate listened to what we needed and worked with us to make it happen. His delivery, set up, and take down crews were efficient, respectful, and took care while setting up in our yard. Not do damage any plants or structures.

The communication was excellent and I couldn't have been happier.

Don and the whole team were great to work with. Very helpful and professional. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, glassware, etc. for a private party and everything worked out great.
