This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They messed up all the paper work and LOST the title that I signed over to them. My husband came in and put a deposit down on the vehicle. Their credit card machine charged the card but the manager refused to give us a receipt because their machine was “broken.” After several calls to my bank and their cc company they finally had to give us our receipt. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, no apology or nothing. Because they lost our title, it delayed us getting our tag and our temporary tag being expired. I was told by Chris, one of the many “managers” don’t worry you have a 10 day grace period. My husband came in to ask about the tag and was met with instant hostility. My husband over heard the manager in the back, “the one that deals with the money” talking about him. The owner rob sat and watched his managers be rude loud and hostile with me and my husband and did nothing, as all we wanted was to get our tag and go. These people care about nothing but money. Word of advice, Proceed with caution when dealing with this place. Check behind them. I was told they “Fired” the guy that messed up our paper work. Unfortunately he’s not the only one that need to go. STAY AWAY from this place.

Ultimate Image Auto provide me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. Garrett Cofield was the gentleman that assisted me with my purchase. He was professional, he did not waste my time and he cared about what I wanted. I will buy my next car from him. I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Image Auto

Eloy Martin was our salesman he was fast, and assuring even though I was doubtful. I have financed cars before but the way Eloy and his supervisors handled our deal was time appropriate and not an all day process, he did everything he could to help us get in a vehicle that we wanted. I would recommend Eloy and Ultimate Image Car Sales for your automobile needs. I am so pleased and appreciative that Eloy took the time to help us get in a car despite my situation.

Went in to look around but left with a great car. Garrett made the car purchase experience easy and fast. They came highly recommended by a family member and now I see why.
If you need a new car check this place first, all the cars on the lot that I looked at were super clean and in excellent condition.response / report this review -

I got my son a truck here and was very happy with the truck and the treatment. Angelo helped us every step of the way and worked with us to get us into the truck we wanted at the price we wanted. Very good follow through. When they say they are going to do something, it gets done.

I couldn't fathom the idea of going to another car lot and dealing with the STANDARD salesman. I had gone to many different places and none if which had the compassion and will to work with me. When I got over to Marcus at Ultimate Image; that guy changed my life. He showed me car shopping unparalleled to any other places I've gone. He broke things down so I would understand and most of all, I got the car I wanted. Thanks Marcus for your hard work and Ultimate Image has a gem in you.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Having just had a baby we needed a family vehicle that could now fit our growing family. We went to ultimate image auto and immediately fell in love with a vehicle that was perfect for our family. Ralph then started the process to get us approved and although it took several hours we continued to wait. Eventually we had to leave as my husband had to go to work and we were told that Ralph would call us back that evening to let us know if we were approved. My husband specifically told Ralph that we would be back the next day and asked if there was a possibility of the car being sold from under us. Ralph assured us it wouldn’t be. We never received a call from Ralph and so my husband called before they closed and Ralph said that they could get us financed for the car we wanted. My husband set up an appointment for the following day with Ralph. We called the next day before we came and Ralph said he was about to head out. We reminded him that we had an appointment and that we would be there in 20 minutes. Upon arriving we were informed that Ralph was not there (big surprise) and we asked about the car (since we did not see it on the lot) and no one could tell us where Ralph or the car was. One guy even told us that Ralph was probably out filling it up for us. We waited for 45 minutes with 4 children, one being a 2 year old and another being a week old baby for Ralph to return. Once he returned he quickly told us that the car was sold the night before and then he ran off and his from us. My husband asked several times to speak with a manager and no one would talk to us. No apology, nothing.
Why were we told the car would not be sold?
Why didn’t they tell us the car was sold when we called before our appointment?
Why did Ralph leave when we had scheduled an appointment?
Now our credit was run for nothing thanks the the incompetence of people who don’t care about their customers.
This is not the “people’s car dealer,” this is the shadiest and worst customer service I have ever seen. Ralph should be ashamed of himself.response / report this review -

Ralph Lambert and Chris at Ultimate Image really went beyond for me. They worked it until I was able to get the car I fell in love with. I didn't have to settle for just any car and they kept their word. Guys you are awesome and my experience was on point. The best experience I ever had at a dealership!!!!

The whole team at Ultimate Image are worthy of 5 stars but especially Eloy Martin. I feel i'm in good hands purchasing a car with his guidance. Eloy has a great attitude and listens very carefully to what you are looking for and uses that information to help you find the perfect fit. I highly recommend the expert sales men at Ultimate Image Auto!

My daughter and I came in think g we wouldn't be able to get a vehicle due to our credit situation. We worked with Ian and he showed a multitude of vehicles that met what we were looking for. We found a Nissan Sentra we fell in love with and went in to do paperwork still worried we wouldn't be able to get it. Ian assured us that he and the other folks at ultimate image would do everything they can to help us out. Well we got our vehicle and couldn't be happier. Ian was truly the most helpful salesperson we've ever met and we will be customers for life. Thank you Ian and ultimate image auto!

Overall my experience here was excellent! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Alexis was very nice and helpful in helping me select my new car. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and they have AWESOME customer service. You definitely won't go thirsty as almost every staff member offers you a water or a coke while you wait. If I ever need a new car again this is the place I will go!!

Ultimate Image Auto was AWESOME!!!! They were so awesome that I purchased my daughter a vehicle and a month later I came back and purchased me one too! At Ultimate Image the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. They are not the type of dealership that tries to talk you into anything, they're sincere about making sure you get exactly what you want. And their commercials are TRUE!!!! They can get you into a vehicle! They are eager to answer any questions or concerns you may have and they also follow up with you afterwards, which is GREAT!!! I will definitely refer my relatives and friends to this place. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and I can say that Ultimate Image was the BEST experience!!!! Gotta say, I have never been a big fan of the whole used-car salesmen attitude, but your guy Ian was a breath of fresh air! He really made my experience great; was very knowledgeable and friendly; didn't try to pressure me into something I couldn't afford; and was a pretty funny guy too!

Such a wonderful experience! All of the staff and salespeople that we met and spoke with were amazing; very friendly and courteous. Angelo Mickens worked with my husband and I to get us into a new vehicle last week that we absolutely fell in love with! By far the best car buying experience either of us has ever had!!! When it comes time for another new vehicle, we will definitely be returning to Ultimate Image! Thank you all for everything!!
