Excellent service! USA auto glass responded quickly. I left message on Sunday and Monday morning they contacted me and by the afternoon my window was fixed. Alex was the technician and did a great job. Professional and friendly. I’m grateful for their service and would call again if needed!

I must say I was very very impressed by the way these two gentlemen Larry & Anthony handled the business of replacing my windshield!! They were polite , informative , I was very confident in the job I hate when people give me rush jobs 😑 and they were making sure everything panned out great. They were amazing I'd definitely refer this company any day of the week

Jennifer and repair techs were exceptional. I have never worked with such an amazing customer service driven company. From working and billing the insurance company, appointment response, follow up and calibration of the wind shield this was not a 5 star but a 10 star service rating. Thank you Jennifer! your company is very lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable staff member. Thank you again. Robin Miller

A Blessing! They were delightful & fast & even gave me a nice pen. I was amazed at how quickly they next day shipped & repaired my windshield in less than 12 hours. They allowed me front door service & patience with the guy being really cool. Most fun & efficient repair I've had & the receptionist was cute too.😎

I spoke to James when I called regarding a huge chip in my windshield, he was very courteous and went out of his way to see if they could repair or if we had to replace our damaged windshield. It ended up we had to replace it. They came a couple days after my call, technician Eric & his partner called to verify they were arriving, they got it all done in less than 15 minutes! Very professional, they service the Keys (I’m in KW) and they showed up & did a fantastic job! Thank you!!

Had windshield replaced and comeback to see my clear coat along my passenger side between the frame and glass scraped right off. Now I have a couple hundred dollar clear coat repair, absolute hack work.

Wonderful and professional staff. I was stranded with a flat tire and pulled into their shop with my fourteen year old son. The person that owned the tire business was not there that early. The first gentleman there was kind enough to call the tire fuy, allow us to sit in their office, and allowed me to use their office phone. His fellow owner arrived and was just as pleasant and helpful. While sitting there, I overheard their prompt and courteous treatment of their customers. If you have a doubt in your mind, GO WITH THEM FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!

Amazing service. Jose was very helpful, young man that came to Key West, to change my windshield was Amazing. felt like we knew each other for every. will recommand this company to anyone that ask. when you guy's come to key west. make it a point to stop @ smokin Tuna Saloon. & we will treat you as awesome as I was..

Great service, friendly staff, and great work!! Very fast! My daughters back window broke one night, I got in touch with them, the next morning I dropped off the car at 0700 and by 12 noon the car was ready to be picked up!!
