I bought my Jeep Cherokee 2017 TraikHawk at Dodge dealer in Kendall, after that they have given me the worst service ever they charge me for oil change when I had some free from factory as well as their customer service is like you just buy a candy and not a car for more of 30 grands. One day, the battery of my car failed and I brought my car to Spitzer dealer in Homestead very late at night, even though, they attended me with a lot of respect as well as they solve the problem with my car really fast. They gave me the service and the respect I was expecting since I bought my car. Definitely, I will buy my next Jeep here at Spitzer.
Excellent service, do not pressure me to buy I recommend Salvador and all his team.
Excellent dealership! I would buy here again. I got a great price on a Jeep. Everyone was awesome! They went the extra mile to make the deal happen (& it wasn't an easy one). My salesman, Andres, was excellent. He even helped me get the right insurance to make the deal come together. I'm eternally grateful. Additionally, I went to Kendall Dodge & Jeep and didn't have quite the same result. If you are looking for a good price, an HONEST dealership and an individualized experience then this is your place.
Freddi helped me out and was able to work a great deal with me. I'm very pleased on the outcome. The service here is what makes an individual become loyal to the business.
Started with a 5 star rating as staff was helpful and informative (thank you to Ana, Keith & Jane for great customer service).
We took our vehicle in for an oil change, tire balancing and also to diagnose a strange sound which ended up being the axels. The vehicle was in for 4 days and when they informed us the job had finished we went to pick up and noticed the vehicle had been hit. The front bumper was separated and underneath was a very noticable dent. The back also had a pretty nasty scratch. This is when things went from bad to worse. The GM, Steve Alaimo came out & when we tried to show him the hits were clearly fresh (meaning you could see white paint and dust still on it) he pretty much refused to even look. He was defensive and rude. Said we have no proof that this happened there and that he doesn't see anything wrong with the car. He ended up walking away from us after we said it was BS that he refused to show us our report which would prove the vehicle had no damages. The next day we returned for axels to be worked on and spoke with service director Marco who saw the marks and was able to verify our car did not come in with any marks or a loose front bumper. We explained to him its upsetting because things like this obviously bring down the value of our car. We are looking to purchase a truck and if this issue isn't cleared up we wouldn't be purchasing anything from Dodge period. Marco explained they did the CV axel out of "goodwill warranty" because we just finished our warranty by some miles. So I asked "does that mean they can damage the car while in their care?" he said they will not be taking responsibility as Steve didn't approve of it. We appreciate the axels being repaired but please see the photos. We have our other vehicle with Ford and they would NEVER treat us the way the general manager Steve did and they also take such good care of our car. We were between ford and dodge but Steve's poor manners and lack of customer service has proven to us Dodge doesn't deserve our business. Steve brings down the Dodge name all together. Will never take our vehicle back there and you shouldn't either!
I've visited Spitzer Chrysler twice while visiting family in the area. I'm 1,200 miles from home and like to have a check-up before I head back.
I am treated to professional service with a welcoming and helpful staff in the service department and my car runs better every time I leave Spitzer. They accomodate me based on my schedule, as if I were a regular customer. Very pleased and will visit again.
The entire experience was fantastic. Great customer assistance, no pressure and such a pleasure to purchase my new Jeep. Freddy, Steve and Jack were amazing. Hands down, best dealership in town. Definitely recommend!
We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from Spitzer on May 16, 2017. The CARFAX for the vehicle said it had not been in any accidents. However, on the way home from the dealership we noticed that the front bumper had pulled loose from the body on the passenger's side. We immediately photographed the bumper and sent the photo to our sales person. She sent the photo to the General Manager, Steve Alaimo, and then told us in a text: "He will fix it. No problem. . . he will take care of it." The next morning we took the car to our local Hyundai dealership, and their body shop said the car had been in a front-end collision and that the bumper needed to be replaced. When we gave Steve the repair estimate, he said he would not replace the bumper and would only make a "cosmetic fix," something Hyundai's body shop called "putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound." He also told us he would not take the car back unless we purchased one of his other vehicles. (None of his inventory matched what we wanted.) The total damage estimate was $2,501.51. That was quite a shock after thinking the car had never been in an accident. Buyer beware of getting a used car from this dealership!
I was very satisfied with the overall experience of the purchase of my new vehicle. Bill Czaja was very diligent when answering my questions yet he did not attempt to sale me more expensive vehicles. That actually helped me keep my guard down and I decided to make a greater investment. The fact that his commission was not based on the amount of the sale relieved the concerns about whether or not I was receiving a fair price as well. The experience really contrasted with the one I had with State Farm at the time I had to speak with their customer service representatives. Jack Gorski was also very good at listening to what I was looking for in the financing of my vehicle. Will be going back to purchase their extended insurance.
THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE all they want to do is take your MONEY and RUN. They want to sell the car higher than what is displayed on the sticker. Also $1,000.00 DEALER FEE. They will NOT even gas your vehicle. They offer you $10 - $15 of gas. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! ! ! !
Franck helped me and my wife to make the right decision and to to get the best service. very friendly, patient and answered all our questions. I visited other dealers before going to spitzer but the service was not the same, Franck will give you all his attention and guide you every step of the way even if you are not comfortable he makes you feel at ease.
I would recommend this dealer and specially Franck
