The pay rate has increased significantly. As with all jobs, you are going to have issues at some point or another. As far as companies are concerned, this is a company worth working for, if you like to make money and enjoy incentives and p.t.o. The only "downfall" currently, is the alternating, mandatory 12 hour shifts. And if you like good pay checks, this isn't a downfall, it's a windfall (It's all about perspective). Just be willing to actually work for that awesome paycheck. This isn't a job for those who lack worth ethic. Also, keep in mind, that these mandatories are not permanent and will eventually go back to your standard 40 hour work week.eventually. Ha
I worked here for about 5 months back in 2016. A very crappy place to work at. The pay is a joke and they wanna work you like a Hebrew slave. I worked in blow molding and they worked us 7 days a week for 4 to 5 weeks in a row before we got 1 single day off. They got pissed off at me because I had to call off so I could move into my new house and have time to get everything packed since they didn't want to give us any days off. The people I worked with were cool and good workers but the company it self is a damn joke! I would not recommend this place unless you dont mind working for slave wedges and no time off to do anything.
Marion best kept secret, Great place to work.
Simply don't work there. The look for any reason to get rid of you so they don't have to pay you more.
Bad place to work. It's a place if you want pushed around and bullied by upper management then it's the right place for you. Looking to get rid of people fast before lay offs in September
Poor place to work, bad pay rates and no workers rights.
