So, I'm just trying to get my passport like a regular citizen aspiring to travel. Little did I know that this office would make it such a hassle. The woman who "helped" me was very rude and misinformed me. I had to revisit the office 3 times for it.

Most unfriendly and unhelpful office staff I have ever dealt with. Almost worth driving to a more distant office just to avoid dealing with them.
