Doesn't ever answer phone under any circumstance ever no matter what. If they where 911 dispatchers everyone would be dead. Package is extra late

Our mail person delivers our mail to the wrong house, has been for 2 YEARS and Chery Bell claims she has no idea what is going on and then sends us letters with a contact number that is DISCONNECTED!! We pay extra shipping on items if they have the ability to go fedex or UPS. These are the most incompetent group of people I have ever seen, and I worked in retail for years! We are at our wits end trying to get our mail and packages to our house!!!! This is MADDENING!

This place is very incompetent. The supervisor Lonnie and post master Cheryl don't care about their customers. My mail carrier refuses to deliver my mail. The federal mail inspector said to talk to these people to resolve the problem but the refuse to speak with me.
