It is a smaller exchange due to the small population of Sailors and Coasties assigned to Key West. The size of the exchanges are directly proportionate to the assigned servicemembers. The selections are limited for the same reason, but customers can also order from the online store to have free shipping to the NEX.
The exchanges price match. If you find a better deal off base, they will honor it and still no taxes.
Mark at Customer Service takes great care of customers. You feel like family with him. Update: Mark has moved to the package store area. Jack is the new smiling face at Customer Service.response / report this review -

We just moved down here from Ft. Detrick, MD, and this NEX is twice as big as the AAFES PX at Detrick, so not understanding why a few people say this exchange is small..Great prices, selection and can walk there from home. I believe they price match on most of the items they sale and they give back to the military community. Staff has been nothing but friendly to me and my family every time we shop there. Thanks

It's nice to ask anyone in the aisle (who also is shopping ) where something might be and they know or go with you and help you look. The checkout is faster than I can empty my cart. The bagger also and they load up your car. Great friendly experience. 4 stars!!!!

Given the remote location, this NEX provides the very best that it can. With lots of SALES and PRICE MATCHING no one can really complain.

Small base, small storebut staff is great, especially Ali who is the top go to person for the most difficult of questions. I understand she is also responsible for the Budweiser Clydesdales coming for a demonstration at Sigsbee. Way to go Ali!
