Beautiful church, 9:00 AM Mass with Childrens choir was great. Spot on homily for 33rd Sunday of ordinary time. Very welcoming congregation.
The kind and loving people of this beautiful Basilica caused me to join the Church. All are welcome and I encourage people to visit the church and grounds to see a part of old Key West.
Beautiful grounds. Worth a stroll.
A beautiful Church and grotto. Mass lasted about 45 minutes. The pews and kneelers were very comfortable.
Perfect place to rejuvenate old beliefs
A place of stillness and beauty, where you can sense the presence of God.
Love this church. Great gift shop.
Beautiful church, friendly and welcoming community, kind and warm priest. The grotto garden us lovely.
What a beautiful church. Loved the Mass.
A strange experience: visited this place while on vacation last Saturday. The music was awful---so awful there was very little congregational participation. It seems that, with the history and the role this place holds, the music, liturgy and worship SHOULD be better than this. BUT, the kicker is that, after the service, my friend and I introduced ourselves to the minister, who said about three words to us then, in mid-sentence, abruptly walked away from us, went into the front door and closed it! We just stood there dumbstruck. I wonder if he noticed the Magen David around my neck or thought, because two guys were visiting together, we were a couple?? I thought visitors/strangers are supposed to be welcome in a religious place..
