  Can't maintain a vehicle down here without the type of outstanding service this parts store provides. Awesome automotive and marine support. Even bought an oil filter for emergency generator.

  I needed a tail light while vacationing
  in the keys. NAPA had it for me the next morning, as promised. The guy also gave me a useful installation tip.

  Will not accept returns on packaged, sealed and unopened tool sets, even with receipts. I can understand a policy of no returns on tools in order to prevent people from buying them, using them, and then returning them, but on a sealed package that has not been broken open, and that has been sitting on a table in my house for 10 days??? Owner will not take it (I spoke to him), so buyer beware. Guess he knows it's priced twice as high. Go to Advance Auto Parts in Marathon to avoid any hassle or even the Home Depot. Sad to say this as I am a local and have been buying from them for years with no issues until now. All I can say is future revenue lost to them as I will not buy Napa either Big Pine or Marathon (same owner).
