Living outside of Western PA this is a very high maintenance company to deal with. It's the insurance available to me from my employer otherwise I would not have chosen them.

If you have UPMC and do not live in the area you'll need to plan to facilitate lots of phone calls between them and your providers. Ultimately things get resolved but it requires about 8 phone calls to get there and lots of time.
