Great, great staff! I picked up a Penske truck from this facility, and the staff were amazing. Some of the most helpful people I have ever interacted with. They answered all of my questions and were great.

I would have to say.. This place Rocks no pun intended or do I..? Nope, this place is very friendly, professional and user friendly. I've been storing stuff here a while and never had any issues or problems. Great service and excellent facilities. Bravo!! Thank you for all you do.

Rented a big truck, horrible experience. Took them over a hour and a half to get the truck ready when we came to pick it up. When we dropped it off they tried to say we didnt fill the truck up all the way. I took the gas cap off and showed them it was filled to the top of the fuel neck and they still said it wasnt enough. Big hassle and not worth the stress. Go to uhaul or somewhere else.

We have been very pleased with both the service and facilities at U-Stor Northrock. We went in the day after we moved to town and Judy was very welcoming and helpful in getting us set up. She offered moving carts and cold water, and showed us to our clean and well kept unit. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.
