Inexperienced. Only a few techs are able to do the SNS. Everytime I go the end result is always different no consistency with the service. If you ask for a repair the manager gets upset and blames the customer failing to realize that the tech is inexperienced with the product.

I really like Us Nails. My girls and I visit almost twice a month. The staff is friendly aand the atmosphere is nuce!

2 weeks ago Thurs. I went in to have my nails manicured with gel polish. The young girl that did them was very polite but seemed inexperienced. I had to come back a week and one day later. 3 fingers had chipped. I called the lady told me to come back in and they fix. The same young girl polished all of my nails over again. She did not remove the current gel polish. 3 days later those 3 nails chipped. I will not go back. Staff seem to be rushing.

Been coming here for a few years now and it's going down hill. Prices are never the same and it feels like we're all playing musical chairs. They move you all over. Also they don't clean the pedicure tubs very well. They spray with scrubbing bubbles then immediately spay with water. I would never get a pedicure here!

For many years I have always gone here. They are so kind and patient! Everytimd they do my nails it feels brand new. People might not like it because of peoples random comment but in your heart I know you know this is a good place and are talented!

1 week ago I got a manicure and they did amazing! There massages are relaxing and when they pit designs on my nails they were so cute!! The nails are fabulous and not even a chip.

Their Amazing! I got a pedicure and manicure about 2 weeks ago and my nails still feel fresh! And the SNS was amazing and it didn't take that long.
