Every month this carrier delivers my bark box subscription. It's usually 2 weeks late but it's not a big deal since I don't need it immediately. After I saw my Christmas presents land at this location I became very nervous. I was right to be nervous! My package made it from China to Kentucky in 10 days but has been sitting in Kentucky for 7 days! I hope my grandma and mom like the picture of their present on Christmas morning. This delivery service is a joke. I have emailed bark box twice recommending they switch providers.

worst mail center in nky. my package has been there for 4 days without any new updates. if your package ends up here, dont expect it to come on time

I'd give them a 0 star if I could. I ordered a present for someone weeks before their birthday and guess what package says "delivered" but it wasn't so either they lost it or just tossed it. I have waited over so long on one item one small item and won't see anything for it. Now, no present for the person I was going to travel states away for.

My script. company used DHL to deliver to the USPS and guess what! It's been 7 days and after telling me I would get it today now it's lost! Their web site says they have it in Hebron Ky.! This is medication! I need it!!! Now I have no idea when I will get it! I have contacted them and they tell me it's my scripts company that needs to find it! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Why do they have to hold things for 5 days although for me its been 7???? That is what their reps. tell me! Would never recommend them to anyone! They have done nothing but give me the run around!!!!

Probably the slowest DHL facility ive ever seen, it takes them 2 days to sort and send out anything that comes through here.

Package has sat in Hebron, Ky for no joke 5 days. So it traveled about 80 miles and stopped abruptly at this location. What the heck people?! Meanwhile the other part of the order I created (coming from California) is Already right down the street (FedEx closed Weekends) and will be delivered Monday morning.

Extremely slow, package still hasn't switched over to usps, was supposed to be here days ago and still sitting in hebron, told to contact the merchant but the merchant did what they were supposed to.

They are taking the mail back to its origins, when your package traveled across the country on horseback by men who died of dysentery while being pursued by angry natives. Ask about the Third Generation Special Guarantee, where if your package doesn't make it to its destination before the recipient's grandchildren die, its Half Off!

Thank you for leaving that review about DHL being slow to switch over to UPS bc I have been watching my package move right along it get to DHL and the tracking has literally stopped for 4 days now! Has and estimated delivery date for 2 days ago!
