I have to say that every staff member at US Granite is exceptional!!! From the moment I walked in after a two hour drive, crazy I know but I could not find what I was looking for and had read about US Granite, everyone was welcoming. I had the privilege to work with Yelena and Fabby and I found exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, listened to questions and took the time to explain the process to me. Despite the distance, they worked with me to make this happen. While construction has taken longer than anticipated, they never pressured me to take the granite before we were ready. Once we were, Baron came and did the measurements and template, we traveled back to Danbury to look at the template on the granite and with guidance from Marie, and within the coming days it was installed by a great group of professionals who took great pride in what they were doing.
I also needed a surround for the fireplace and working with Fabby, she was able to help me with the details and get the pieces fabricated for me in no time.
Without everyone’s help, this would never have come to fruition the way I had imaged it and I could not be happier with the finished product!!
US Granite is an outstanding company to work with and it is because of the dedication and knowledge of the staff and the quality and variety of product they carry. Without a moment’s hesitation, I would recommend them and I am confident that you will not be disappointed.response / report this review -

Excellence describes it. From start to finish this has been the most pleasant experience I've had with remodeling. House projects can be so stressful, but the sales group at U. S. Granite made sure this was a very easy , peaceful one! The owner Robert, is extremely knowledgeable and kind, making you feel confortable throughout the whole process, Fabiana is very helpful and knows how to help put together a kitchen. Nick is so sweet. The installers Antonio and Tavo were on time, very clean and hard working guys, attentive to details. Couldn't have asked for a better experience . Will definitely recommend!!!! We are in love with our kitchen counter and we can't wait to re-do our bathrooms with U.S. Granite!

I loved my whole adventure picking out my counter tops at US Granite INC.Benchmark Kitchens. I had a very strict budget to stick to. I was showed so many beautiful slabs of granite in the warehouse I couldn't make up my mind which one to pick. They gave me samples of all of them to bring home to see how they looked with my cabinets. The people in the warehouse must have moved 20 pieces of granite for me until I found the perfect piece of white ice granite!!!! ( I was a terrible pest!) The template, layout and install all went flawlessly. My faucet, sprayer and sink are perfectly placed. I love my counters they are so beautiful. I highly recommend every one at US Granite. They were so patient and kind to my family. When I do my bathroom I will use them for the counter top!!!!

We definitely recommend U.S. Granite to help with your kitchen project. Everyone in the showroom was extremely helpful, Baron did a fantastic job with the template, and the installation was absolutely perfect!! We worked with a lot of different contractors and suppliers during our kitchen remodel, and U.S. Granite was the most professional and the only one who was "hassle-free".

I had a wonderful experience with US Granite! They have an extensive inventory of beautiful granite slabs to choose from. I worked with Fabby on the details and she was courteous, professional and extremely nice! The service I received was top notch! I had my granite installed in just over a week from making my selection. Such a smooth, hassle free process. The installers did a great job and my new kitchen looks amazing!

I just used U.S. Granite to finish my beach house with a beautiful white quartzite counter. They were timely on arrival for installation and professional in their expertise of finishing the project. I'm very excited to show my friends my new kitchen now. I would recommend their product to everyone.

Nick initially helped us, and was fantastic. Baron measured the countertops and was outstanding. The woman who answers the phone is negative, unfriendly and exhibits very poor customer service on the two occasions I have had to deal with her. Too bad, as everyone else has been very customer-focused, and I would recommend 5 stars for this company were it not for her.

Beautiful showroom, all customers are treated equally as nice. Fabby was our sales girl and her name says it all. Fabby was FABULOUS. My handi-caped mother was treated like a queen. Within 2 weeks they had came and measured, we went to showroom/wharehouse to design the layout and installed the countertop. Everyone thought we redid our entire kitchen just by replacing the countertop. The US in U.S..Grantie should stand for ULTIMATE SATISFACTION. Oh and by the way the price's are amazing.

Our project in replacing the kitchen and MBR countertop was a little bigger than the average, but it went smoothly without any issue. It was a pleasure of working with Fabby V. who couldn't be any nicer. Her advice in choosing the stone was very helpful to us. Subsequent to the stone order, we added and changed different size of sinks and strainer, but Fabby was always there happily helping us. We appreciated her attention to her customers. In addition, Ricky, Barron and his installation crew were very professional. It was a good experience for us with U.S. Granite.

From the first phone call with Fabby, to Ricky making the template, and Barron leading his crew the day of Installation , it was perfect. They have a great showroom to help people like us make decisions. Extremely competitive pricing. We have since picked out a unique and beautiful back-splash tile that we had only seen in their showroom. Pictures to be posted when done.

Wonderful experience. I had been to several granite stores before I selected US Granite. From the first day in the show room Penny was the best. You walk through a warehouse full of slabs that you get to chose. There is no "push" to go with them and they give you time to decide. Penny and Fabi understand this is a big decision and give ideas that worked for my kitchen. I had to have a seam in my counter, Penny Ricky and staff looked at the slab of granite and chose the best place to make the seam. You can not see the seam at all!!! More than the slabs and workmanship US Granite staff especially Penny have Integrity and Honesty. I will recommend US Granite very highly to anyone who needs granite.

We recently had our granite counters and under mount sink purchased and installed by U.S. Granite. Everyone there was so helpful and great to work with. From start to finish of the installation, everything went well and so smooth. They were able to accommodate our schedule for measuring and installation. The measuring and installation crew were so good and cleaned up after each step of the project. I would definitely go back to them and highly recommend them. Just love our kitchen now.
