  I stopped by as I had a few questions, I was lucky to have met Mr. Barnes.
  He was patient, knowledgeable and someone who was really concerned and truly wanted to help. I felt meeting an old friend. He is an asset to the Customs & Border protection. This is my second time stopping by since last year and was extremely satisfied, by the service provided.
