Extremely rude staff. They will overcharge. Beware of hidden fees. The location is very sketchy as well.

Horrible. When I went back to return the key, the place was closed. I was told in the beginning that I was supposed to drop my key in the lockbox upon my return. When I got there, there were a couple of drug addicts sitting in the doorway. When I went to the dropbox, I opened the lid and a pack of cigarettes with a hypodermic needle in it was fell out! I couldn't get away from there fast enough!!!

Smooth truck picked up and droped off!. All good but the security of customers at this place located on Nebraska ave and have no security,any one can get in that yard and do whateverI was putting the key back on the safe box and a homeless guy was next to me and I had to tell him to back off,he was too close and asking for money.Security is very weak there..that's why I gave it 4 stars.I have NO complaints about the service..service is 5 stars.
