I had three Uboxes that this location was supposed to deliver in mid June. They did deliver three, except one of them wasn't mine. Weeks later, after spending hours on the phone with customer service and getting yet another incorrect Ubox delivered, they discovered that the correct Ubox was sitting in their warehouse in Salisbury the whole time. They charged my credit card for thousands of dollars of duplicate charges. Two other people had their boxes shipped from Arizona and delivered to my house - I'm sure they wouldn't be happy if they knew U-Haul delivered their goods to a stranger. I'm still being charged rent for the uboxes that aren't mine and they won't come pick up their last ubox. When you call your call will go to some central number somewhere where no one will know anything. Zero accountability, zero follow-through. Hopefully posting this will get someone's attention.

Called for assistance from this location after being told the location near me could not assist me and they transferred me telling me that seeing I was already dealing with the previous location that they will just forward me to them. Instead of actually talking to me, the agent raised her voice and transferred me without even asking what I was looking for in regards to assistance. Luckily, I eventually came in contact with an agent out of the Boston location that was able to modify my reservation to fit what I was looking for. At least some franchises have good costumer service agents; time for Salisbury to restaff.

By far the best U-haul I have dealt with. I had to store my belongings there for 3 years while my family was out of the area and never had any issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

Reasonable rates for climate controlled storage. Staff has been very helpful even when it is busy. They called me right away when my auto pay was messed up because my card expired! Would absolutely do business with them again!

I bought a trailer hitch from the U-Haul in Salisbury two years ago. First year we had to have them replace the electrical connection because the trailer lights stopped working properly. Second year the lights stopped working again so my wife made an appointment for 3pm but when she got there she was told that the mechanic went home at 3 so no fix so she asked about the coming Saturday but was told the mechanic didn’t work weekends. I had to have a local mechanic replace the electrical connection. We won't be buying anything from them again!!
