Horrible wait time whether you're walking in or have an appointment. I was there sometime 3 days ago and was prescribed Penicillin and am now having allergic reactions to it. I have been trying to get in touch with the clinic for the past hour. I have been on hold for exactly an hour and two minutes. Finally someone by the name of Elise or Alise answered and hung up after she told me she was going to transfer me to a nurse. Second person to answer by the name of MAYRA hung up on me. Very unprofessional staff and unsympathetic. You cannot have people like this working with patients. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Find yourself a clinic where they care about their patients and treat people with respect. This clinic is nothing but a business.

This place by far is my favorite doctors office ever. My primary care physician is Doctor Elise Carpenter and she is amazing and is always on point and listens to me and goes out of her way for me above and beyondAlways!!

I've never used the clinic myself but they help a lot of people in the community and do amazing work. I have used the pharmacy and the staff is unbelievable. This pharmacy by far is my favorite over any CVS, Walgreens or rite aid. The staff and pharmacists are attentive and very helpful. Sometimes wait times are a bit longer than I'd like and parking stinks at times but I still love this pharmacy!

I just want to give a shout out to the lady that helped me from the call center. I wish I would have gotten her name but she was great and very helpful. She took the time to listen to my situation and did the best she could to accommodate me and got me an appointment as soon as possible. Thank you

Staff are great and in house pharmacy is a plus. The downside is parking is lacking for the amount of people that visit each day.

The girls are great!! The nps are good and helpful. Like this place. There's an on site pharmacy as well. Only thing is you're there for hours.

Its just too over busy loud, I love my doc and staff but its imposdible to reach my doc. But overall the staff does care not their fault they have to work in overcrowded conditions with poor, sick, uninsured maybe people long waits are stressful for sick people and so the poor staff gets the frustrations of patients. But they keeping me alive so grateful.
