Bad customer service. I reserved a storage unit and they gave it away and wouldn’t make up for it in any way.

My u-haul had a catatrophic explosion. When we called they told us we were lying to them.

They are the liars I can assure you. My porcelain poodle Dixie was horrifically mutualated in the explosion.

Needless to say that is just subpar service!

Do not use this place. Owner or manager's wife is a complete nutjob. The wife of the guy on the right in the Google Maps pic above. Went insane on me today when I asked her to see if someone could fill my propane tanks. Certifiably insane. After waiting over 15 minutes at the propane fill station, having previously walked in for help also, I made a suggestion that maybe propane fills could have priority as they do at all other uhauls in the country. She lost her mind at that. Refused to fill the tanks and yelled at me. For a long time. Threatened to call the cops. Unreal. Sane employees came out after she went in and filled my tanks. Run, don't walk from here.

By far the worst customer service i have ever received. Make an appointment for 1130am for a job quoted to be an hour and a half. At 2pm the van had not been touched. They do not value your time or business.

It's always nice when you get a brand new truck with 500 miles on it.

We've been heating a space this winter with propane which takes about four 20lb tanks per week. If you go into the desk area, let them know you need propane, any of the employee's will come out and gladly give you a hand. They've come out and filled our tanks in all weather, any time of the day. They have been great. Thanks Uhaul people!

Big selection of trucks and trailers. Friendly competent people. Have rented several times and good experience every time.

Terrible! Double charged us and you can't get in touch with these people! You have to go through call center. Worse than Comcast or time warner as far as customer service goes!!!!

Awful. Negligent. Dangerous. Word to the wise, if you use this dump of a branch make them inspect the vehicle right in front of you. Everything. Especially if you have kids riding with you. U-Haul customer service will tell you all trucks are inspected and ready to go. They are not at this branch. I have it all documented with pictures and have 2 other witnesses so this post is not coming down.

I am not after anything. I post this as a warning to the public. Hopefully this careless branch of U-Haul starts following U-Haul policy. If they don't, a serious accident is going to happen. It almost happened to me. I hit a snowstorm and the driver side wiper was so shot I was driving blind and almost jackknifed. I am calling their roadside service for the 3rd time and I have not even gone 200 miles out of the 2,700 I have to drive. Bald/Shot tire on trailer. Cost us a day. Get on the road, radiator leak. Had to go back to the lot, they told me I HAD TO CALL roadside assistance. I told them the only call I would make was to the DOT. Well then I was the devil incarnate to them because I dared to call them on their BS. Turns out that is exactly what I should have done, call the DOT. Not a sorry. Not a thank you. Rude, lazy, mean people.

I am sick of being quiet about these scummy operations. Just stay away. Honestly.

Wow, my experience was excellent. I'm from Maine and visited the store looking for a lot of information and help with truck issuues. The owner (who looked up promptly from his CRT even though he was busy on it) asked me what I needed and exceeded all my expectations in effort, courtesy and helpful advice.
Maybe it sounds like I'm a nephew or employee, but I had never seen nor known of this enterprise until yesterday when I walked in off the street and they did indeed treat me like family.
I would recommend them to anybody.
