  This used to be a wonderful spa with great estheticians. Unfortunately I believe that Skin Serenity is under new ownership or new management and it is no longer customer friendly. I am really heart broken when they ask you to reschedule appointments they will not reciprocate. This ultimately cost me money. :(

  I have been going to Skin Serenity for 8 years and I feel it is the best for all services. Today was my massage by Margaret. She asks every time what my needs are. She is caring and absolutely the best at taking care of my tense muscles. I float out of there. Soon will visit for my facial with Cindy, who I adore.

  LOVE the girls here. Get Botox here without the pricey "initial. Consult fee" so many others charge. Does a great job!

  I've been a client for several years now. Carol and her team amaze me. They offer cutting edge treatments at an extremely reasonable cost. Every member of my family (husband, daughter, son) have had various treatments there and all love it.

  My most recent visit was wonderful, as always. Skin Serenity is in an old Victorian 'house', which gives the spa rooms so much character. Each room has it's own peaceful personality.
  Carol has a way of always making me feel special- I'm sure she does this for ALL her clients. She is very thoughtful, and remembers my stories and talks about them with me when I return for another visit.
  The hydrafacial is great and left my face 'wedding ready'. The location is very clean, the front staff is polite, friendly and professional.
  I also have enjoyed massage here, and I have also had hair removal here.
  My only complaint I wish I had my underarm hair removed much SOONER, and not over the past year. It is worth every penny!!!
