I had scheduled a trailer for a one-way move on my VW Dealer installed hitch. Long story short, the hitch electrical didn't work. The staff did EVERYTHING to try to fix the problem to no avail (no fee charged). It turned out that the car needed to be reprogrammed by VW--thus, nothing U-Haul could have done would have fixed the problem.
They then set me up with a small truck which actually worked better than the trailer. They didn't charge for the cancellation of the trailer, which they had every right to charge. While understaffed for the amount of customers they had at the time (and my problem), they took care of everyone and didn't loose their cool.
Simply, they made a bad day much better.
Thanks--this location has bailed me out twice in the past three years. Once, when I need a trailer, immediately. I recommend them.

Used to use uhaul, but never again. All workers I dealt with (in person and on the phone) were not friendly and barely made eye contact with me. When they cleared snow from the drives they just packed it up against the units, causing me to have to shovel my way into my unit. Over a week after I moved out they called me telling me I had a past due balance even though the man I spoke with when I moved my stuff out said I was all set. Not impressed at all. Prices are ridiculous too. I got a bigger unit for half the price at Big Big Triple A Storage on Wolf Lake rd. People are way nicer there too.
