Please its just not worth was so happy when my lease was up.They have done a poorly job of keeping the apartments up to date. Maintenance sucks, my bathroom ceiling was leaking since I moved in I ask for them to fix it it took them 4 months to come. $630 for a 2bedroom really for this bulls**t. I mean just horrible. Don't waste your time nor money

I like living here. I've lived here for over 2 years now, the neighbors are ok I guess but the apartments are good for the price. I'd recommend.

Glen Oaks apartments in Muskegon is a horrible place to live, managers resident service sucks. I wouldn't recommended anyone on living here. We have had a gas leak for over 2 months of living in the apartment and made several complaints and the staff could care less. I would love to live in a place to where they actually care about you and want your home safe. If there is anyone out there with any ideas on what to do please feel free to help me. thanks John!

THIS IS THE WORST APT COMPLEX IN ALL OF MICHIGAN IM SURE! Incompetent management, weed smoking neighbors, loud music, many complaints needing police involvement, the list goes on. The apartment itself is horrible from the dingy and old carpet, small space, and questionable bathroom! Please read reviews before living here. They are cheap for a reason! They towed my car without my knowledge or consent and expect me to pay for it! Just absolutely ridiculous. So happy to be moving away from here and I would NEVER EVER STAY AT AN EDWARD ROSE MANAGEMENT APT AGAIN! I would rather live on the street. Garbage is too nice of a word for this company and apt complex.

These apartments are decently priced for the area, but nothing fancy or spectacular. If there are any other options available for moving into, I would recommend taking a close look at those before deciding on Glen Oaks. Office staff is amazing and friendly, neighbors are loud and smoke everywhere. Lots of music and car horns in the middle of the night.

Glen Oaks is nice and quiet it's peaceful beautiful grass trees you're close to shopping centers bus transportation Glen Oaks to me is like being in heaven that's the best way I can describe Glen Oaks I stayed at the Glen Oaks back in 1979 and it was good
