This dental office is amazing! Most dentist office have months of waiting list to get your teeth fixed but this office accepts walk-ins and we'll fix your teeth on the spot! They know my kids names but heart! They are friendly! Sometimes I can be a wait time maybe a few hours but I'd rather wait a few hours then a few months at any other normal dentist office they have a play area for small children to keep them occupied if there is a long wait they also have video game I would not choose any other dentist office but this!

The first doctor I saw was horrible but the new doctor is wonderful. He takes his time and doesn't make you feel rushed but he keeps his appointments running on time. He does great work and listens when you have concerns.

Dentist did a great job BUT the front staff need to be replaced. Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment at 2pm, at 3pm asked how much longer. Front staff said I would have to wait my turn. I told her my turn was at 2pm. She looked at me and told me "you're going to have to wait." Didn't get to see the dentist until 4:30pm.

Had us in and out for a walk in dental emergency. The staff is helpful, dentist is attentive and my kids love going there.

The staff is friendly and courteous. They scheduled an upcoming appointment that was prompt & at a convenient time. I have can't find a better place that has been able to meet my needs than Dental Dreams in Muskegon, Michigan.

Made appointments for four here. After an hour of none of us getting called back, we asked about it and they said it would still be awhile. Poor business practice. Will never come back.

The wait is way to long! Your here like 2 hours and all they've done is XRAYS and a simple cleaning then you wait like 45 mins for the dentist to come talk to you. It's horrible when you have young children!

The front desk workers are VERY rude and not at all helpful. Before even coming in I made sure they were taking walk-ins, then when I got there, they acted as though they weren't going to see me. Thankfully they did because if I had went through the hassle of getting a babysitter and then driving there for nothing, I would have been extremely upset. I was also assured before coming in that they do same day treatment, which is apparently not always the case. I would not have wasted my time if I knew that. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Maybe if there was friendlier staff who was a little more understanding and not so stuck up and rude. There was also a 3 hr wait time.

I went here to get some fillings done. A shot was put in my gums to numb my teeth, but as soon as the dentist started drilling, I could feel EVERYTHING. So they put another shot in my gums. Dentist started drilling and I still felt excruciating pain. The dentist was a male, I went there previous times and had a female dentist and she was great, so if I do go back there, I will request the female.

Horrible place. The office manager is very unprofessional and doesn't care. The dentist's are equally unprofessional. Their dental work is a joke. They kept telling me that my son needed teeth pulled. Got a second opinion and nope, no teeth needed pulled. There are good dentists out there, but this place does NOT have them.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went there the other day for a cleaning and once I was face to face with the Dentist I had told him that my filling had never stopped hurting ever since I had it taken care of 6 months ago. He didn't say much after my comment and I figured it was because his English was very poor. Anyways without any notice or warning or explanation of what he was going to do he starting drilling away at my tooth within my poorly filled cavity and I could feel shards of tooth just spilling around my mouth along with the fact that I was in excruciating pain and had to have him stop. The guy did nothing to numb it or give me a heads up whatsoever. I believe his name was Dr. Baily. So now I'm left with a very rigid molar and it is more painful than ever before. If you like very foreign Dr's with terrible bed side manners and practices then this is the perfect place for you. I am getting a second opinion this week about this "Dr's" work because it felt very unorthodox. DO NOT GO THERE!
