  The best experience in our critical time of need. We had plenty to worry about W the upcoming weather and they made the process super easy and were willing to go extra Mile. Definitely will and would recommend them to others.

  This is the worse place ever to rent anything from the punk that worked there Saturday January 31 sat there at the desk and had the door locked then held his finger up as to tell us to hold on knowing we were coming there to drop off a dolly car hauler and to pick up a full size car hauler came out of the store and pointing to the back of the lot and saying there back there ask him for help nope he said I'm off the clock got in his car and left,I'll never never rent from or reccommemd anyone to rent from that u-hall store ever EVER.

  Due to a family emergency in South Carolina, I missed payment, the card on file was declined due to a different FL business overcharging, WITHOUT NOTICE OR PERMISSION THESE FOOLS PROCESSED A PAYMENT ON MY BANK CARD ON A MONDAY, RIGHT AFTER TELLING THEM ON SUNDAY I WOULD MAKE PAYMENT THURSDAY. Putting my bank account at jeopardy and in arrears IS TOTALLY UNACCELTABLE. OH BY THE WAY, YOU ARE CHARGED $15 for every5 days you are late, but in actuality they process the late fee as $20+. TOTAL HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
