  Purchased a trailer hitch from them two years ago. Could not do the wiring because the wires in the car were too small to use their connectors on. Understood that but most cars will have that problem today because of LED lights. Traded the car last year and had them remove the hitch because it was to be installed on a newer car of the same make and model. The "Hitch Professional" assured me that it would fit the new car. Made an appointment o have the hitch re-installled on the new car and made it clear that I already owned the hitch. When I got there they refused to install the hitch stating that it was probably damaged from use (two bikes on a rack a few times). Denied that they took the hitch off (I have the receipt) and that they told me that it could be reinstalled. Go somewhere else for a hitch.

  Tried to get propane they're 8 times they'll find any excuse that it's "not safe" I'm a glassblower I go threw a lot of propane never had such bad service. Not only was the service incredibly slow but they told me to wait outside and never came waisting my time. Lady at the front rudely told me they absolutely wouldn't take blue rino and they will as long as the tanks in good shape.

  Holy smokes are you kidding me? Three years in a row – I try to get my propane tank refilled at this U-Haul location. Can’t get it done! I think I was able to get a refill ONCE in 4 years.
  
  No one is manning the propane station. No one answers the bell at the station. Drive up. Ring. Wait 10 minutes. NOTHING. This is the last year I am trying.
  
  One year I went inside the office and was scowled at for coming in and not following the directions (drive up ring bell for service) Hoped to save a drive to Cotuit. But I will no longer waste my time here.
  
  Can't even call them to tell them you're here waiting. This location doesn’t even bother to answer their phone while your call is routed to a call center. Won’t waste my time here again. Customer service is repeatedly terrible.
  
  (Read down the reviews on this page ALL the same. This place is not liked. Terrible!)

  Not happy at all!! trying to sell you what you don't need and don't listen to your needs.How frustrating is this . Terrible they need better people to work in customer service center.

  Have been renting for years from uhaul. Never had a problem. At times, seems like they need an extra employee on staff but nothing outrageous.

  They rented me a storage unit that snowed and rained in. Do not rent a drive up storage unit from these people unless you want your belongings ruined. And their insurance company is a joke.

  Went to have my propane tank filled. I was turned away because they cannot fill propane tanks that will be transported in an SUV. A new law for U-Haul in Massachusetts? Seriously?

  I Googled nearest propane on New Year's. This place came up I called ahead to confirm to which I spoke with a very nice girl.
  
  I arrive at facility after 1/2 hour drive and find their propane system is down. When asked why didn't you tell me when I called.
  
  Desk clerk could care less offered no apologies and mocked my dissatisfaction with a condescending, "Have a nice day."
  
  A call back to original number which is a call center gave me a 3 person run around ending with my being sent to an automated system that prompted me in Spanish when I sked for a supervisor.
  
  I've bought or rented a lot from U HAUL over the years NEVER again!
  
  They are an obsolete business model

  I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Rude staff. Unhelpful. Never answer their phones. Hang up on you. Let's just say after a year of on time payments and getting treated like nothing more than dirt, we took our stuff elsewhere. Go somewhere else!

  Good service by knowledgeable employees. These guys go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. I could not ask for better service from any company.
  
  We have rented from U-Haul recently multiple times and they have been superb.
  
  We have rented trucks and we are now renting a storage space at the Hyannis store.
