I would give it a 5 star, but can't because I asked for a 24 hr Rental and when I got there, I was told that I had to bring it back by 8 am the next day. (I didn't pick it up until 4 pm.)

I really like the climate controlled unit I have but they are only open til 7. And for ppl that work late that's a problem.

Great customer service! Everyone here is very helpful. The steps to getting a Uhaul was fast and easy. We called the night before to reserve the truck we wanted. The people on the phone were helpful and they tried there best to get us the truck we needed. When we went to get the truck everything went very smooth and fast. We returned the truck with no issues and all was well.

Consistently delivers on time. Their service is fantastic and friendly. Have rented from them 3 or 4 times now and have had no problems. Would easily recommend them to anyone.

Used them a couple times. Staff is helpful but computer system seems to need some love. Took 20 minutes to rent a $8 appliance dolly Can't beat their prices though!
