A lot less exotic fish to choose from now compared to my visits in the past. This may change in the future so check it out anyway. You've nothing to lose by browsing.

I hate that I even have to give this horrible establishment a star to write this review. Literally the worst pet establishmet in town. Staff was extremely unfriendly. I received absolutely no customer service. I had to hunt down an employee for assistance. When I asked to see a dog I was told I could not unless I was for sure buying it today. Which I understand is the "company policy" but it is absolutely ridiculous.

The animals appeared lonely and unhappy. Locked behind glass with no human interaction. Which animals need.
The cages were filthy and unpadded. Completely inhumane. I feel so horrible for these poor pets.

Your store was also filthy.

I'm sure your response will be the same lame ones you have to the others. I don't care if you claim your animals are happy and your establishment passes the health codes.
Actions speak louder than words.

I can only hope you step it up and become a better establishment or get shut down.

Treat your animals how they deserve and try to love and care for them, your a pet store for goodness sake.

My husband and I were looking to kill some time and stopped in Harps. The horrible smell of pet urine and mold was overwhelming. It was strong enough to make your eyes burn. There were several rabbits that appeared to be in poor health. We left the store quickly after that. My concern is for the health and overall safety of the animals and employees.

I had some time to kill so I went in to Harps. We're I was bitten by a rat. As blood runs down my hand I didn't even get a sorry. Just a bathroom key and a staff that didn't care. Disappointed to say the least.

Thank you for your quick and professional response. The signs are not as clear as you may indicate, probably due to the filthy state of the store overall. Had an employee been visible upon entering your establishment, I probably would have asked for help. For clarification, my hand never went inside the cage, and I chose to wash the bite elsewhere after seeing the condition of your restrooms. Thank you.
