  Waited 15 minutes to get propane just to be turned down. Get Skip and jump by six other customers in line. All because the manager says his guy didn't show up at 8 a.m. So I have to make my customers suffer. Fire the complete staff of this company even the CEO. I would clean house!!!

  The van I rented was fine and charged right. The customer service here is awful and low staffed. It’s also in a bad part of town. Try to use another if you can.

  The manager was not forth coming a information concerning the truck. I had to probe. The mileage was incorrect when we inspected the truck. I called back to the store about a charge on my card that was not on my invoice and the manager was quite rude in his responses.

  I called multiple times and no one answered. I finally had someone answer and they told me they were open until 7. I got there at 6:20 to a note taped on the door saying "be back shortly call xxxxxxx"
  I called and was informed that he wasn't coming back. Beyond annoye at their lack of customer service. I will go out of my way to go to a different uhaul.

  Don't rely on reservations made months in advance. It's basically first come first serve. Do yourself a favor and go to "The Last Word" a few miles up North Tryon. They're a media and uhaul store and they are still more reliable than this actual uhaul store.

  If i could give -5 stars I would i've been back-and-forth between two locations all day and I'm really upset because no one could resolve the situation of the truck that wasn't working correctly so I had to keep it for this day and tomorrow I will have to switch it for another one but apparently they don't have another one I would have to look elsewhere this really sucks this affected my business today! Ugh!

  These people know their business. They're all nice, and always on time with the equipment in great condition. They're my go-to rental place.

  I have enjoyed using this place to store my belongings. Only downside is that it doesn't have24 hour access.

  Great service. Very quick and professional. Dropped truck off, it was inspection and I was finished in 10 minutes. Didn't even have to go inside.
