  I am feeling frustrated with the staff at this location. My wife and I ordered a carry out order tonight and received exactly what we ordered, but what is bothering me is that I, while waiting to get my pizza, observed a young woman who seemed to be leading the shift at the time verbally criticize a fellow employee, the young man working in the front, for making a mistake on an order that I am sure could have been fixed easily. After the young man left the counter to clean up the dining area, I am sad to say that the young woman continued to talk badly about the young man and even said the he should be fired for mistakes he had made.
  This experience is frustrating to me because I feel that first, workers should not give feed back in front of customers, and second the young woman leading the crew at the time was very unprofessional in handling those who she seemed to be leading.
  Of course our pizza was great as it usually is, but I hope that this review reaches the management because it is sad to see young people verbally abusing others.

  Awesome food, bad service. EVERY time I order pick up - the teenagers running the place tell me it will be 30 min until it’s ready and when I show up at 40 min, they haven’t even put my pizza in the oven. I am done coming to this location. The Spanish Fork location has never done that.

  If you can get someone to pick up the phone this place deserves 4 stars (if anyone ever picks up the phone). Sadly most times I have to drive there to place an order. I mean what the HELL is that about. I call for a delivery or to place an order to cut down wait time.
  
  Then when you pull up there is like 3 people in the building and people are just playing around. So frustrating!! It would be one thing if you saw lots of pizza's being made and you know the line is long but its not.
  
  However let me stress, if someone will pick up the phone and you can actually place an order then the rating could go up. However that is rare in the evening
  
  I even put them on auto dialer on time. Still busy every 30 sec for 90 mins. :)

  This place is always slammed during peak lunch times. The staff does a decent job of making a quick turnaround but with the nature of making pizza, it does take a little longer. Allow yourself an hour of dining time during lunch from the time that you place the order to the time that you're finished eating. The food is great and the restaurant is relatively clean.

  Been going there for years. Always good pizza and no complaints. I can't go there in the summer time because I can't stand all the flies (Provo doesn't have this problem, only springville). They can't fix the front door or install a simple bug zapper. It is really annoying.

  I love this PIZZA and Cheese Sticks with Ranch! The house salad is super good too! Two Jacks Springville is a easy location-easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking and a nice dining area! The have daily deals also!
  The staff is friendly and professional.

  I love this place. Tastes homemade. BBQ chicken is delicious. Crust is not too thin and not too thick. It's just perfect. One of my favorite things to get here is the anti-pasta salad. Not sure why, maybe it's the homemade ranch! Definitely a community favorite, the lunch rush will confirm that!

  My favorite Pizza ever - I worked here in High School as a delivery driver and have loved it ever since. What my wife and I do is we get little Caesars hot and ready for the kids (or a frozen pizza) and then we keep the good stuff for ourselves.
  
  So this is what you have to get - All of the Pizza is amazing, pick your favorite toppings, I love the sausage (try the almonds)

  Just greasy pizza. Flavor is there, but it's greasy. Tables weren't kept in any order of shape with food all over them.
