You all are crazy to say anything negative about this motel. If you have something bad to say you brought it on yourself!! Dylan this means you as well. It is clean, the prices are good. It needs some remodel work but that's expected of a place that is older. The nicest people I have met I highly recommend this motel.

Do not stay at this place!! The only justice I will receive is warding people off from this hell hole. First I just wanna say how unfortunate it is you can not give negative stars for a rating, because this place deserves negative five stars.
If you are looking to stay at a place similar to the motel in the horror movie vacancy, look no further. This place takes full advantage of its customers. We decided to stay there, after an hour of staying there, we decided we didn't want to catch any deadly disease, and left to find greener pastures. The bed was not made, and had hair in it. The bathroom was fifthly and of course had strands of hairs in the towels. Couple dead bugs on the ground, obviously vacuuming/sweeping is for the more cultured and sophisticated hotels. So we left, talked to the employee on our way out and asked for a refund, but understood if they couldn't reciprocate the money. She said she would talk to the manage and let me know. They called me back in an hour or two and she said they could refund me completely, just come by in the morning to pick it up. We swung by the Inn only to find it locked up, called the manager, and she straight up told me they were not going to pay me back. Are kidding me?!?! What a joke. It wasn't the fact we didn't receive our money back, it was the fact that they told me they could reimburse me but then they didn't. Bunch of LIARS! If we where not just passing through, I would have stayed and confronted the manager.
I say again, DO NOT STAY HERE, bunch of crooks and thieves. No honesty or integrity here. Stay anywhere else, even the dumpster across the street has higher reviews. So pass by the passport inn and stay, literally anywhere else.response / report this review -

Of all the discount hotels in downtown this is the "best" one. Not saying much though.

I gave my room key back without even going in and asked for a refund. Talk about sketchy! I don't know who said this was a good place to stay but it definitely isn't. I arrived at 1:30am with my three kids. Do NOT take your kids here! There were quite a few people out at that time of the night: one guy looked high out of his mind; a woman was dropped off and went into one room, the same car was back within 5 minutes with another woman who knocked at another room but didn't go in. She was on her phone and the car came back for her, they were waiting at the exit, then left when I pulled up to the office to return the key and ask for a refund.
Also all the pictures are of a diffferent place (though I can't attest to the room one) - outside is an old yellow paint, door jambs are jacked up, some of the windows look like they need to be replaced, etc.
I ended up driving to Midvale and staying at the Staybridge suites. It was worth the extra money.response / report this review
