  My husband is from Japan. He was wrongfully charged with a crime that he did not do. We hired a great attorney in Provo for the criminal case, John Allan. John worked with Kim Trupiano to see if they could do a plea deal that would not make my husband deportable. My husband had his green card for many years! Kim worked tirelessly with John and the prosecutor to work out a deal that would avoid immigration consequences. She even did lots of time for us for free without charge because she was so passionate about our case. Thank you for your hard work! April

  I hired attorney Kimberly of Trupiano Law to represent me at USCIS and Immigration court. The case was successful closed and I finally became the legal permanent resident in the US. Kimberly is the most aggressive and experienced lawyer I ever met in Salt Lake City. I had some consultations with two lawyers, after that I almost lost the hope in the immigration process to become legal until I found Trupiano Law online. She is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and attentive. She always tried her best to come up with the positive outcomes for my case. She was willing to work after hours to accommodate my work schedule in meeting me about the case. She offers the payment plan to help me out financially. I made the great choice in hiring her for this tough immigration matter. I am grateful to her. She and her staff is very professional, friendly and caring in working with me.   We did the immigration process through Trupiano law.
  Kim and her team did an excellent job of:
  - Keeping us informed on the process.
  - Following up on documentation.
  - Execution of immigration process.
  
  Their experience shed light on an ambiguous process that otherwise could of potentially required more paperwork and resubmissions.
  We had a smooth transition through all that thanks to Trupiano Law.

  We have seen many lawyers trying to gain U.S. citizenship without any luck. Then we found Kim at Trupiano Law and we were absolutely amazed by her knowledge. Kim and her team were able to get us through obstacles with the law. Other attorneys said we were not possible. She will always find a way to positive results. Now I am a U.S. citizen and it would not have been possible if we didn’t find Trupiano Law. We recommend them to anyone and everyone will be returning for their legal services. Thank you!

  Kim helped with a very hard immigration case she was in it 100%. After being denied because another lawyer mistake. She fixed it was very sweet to me and my husband through the whole process.👍

  “Today Fernando's "Green Card" came in the mail!!!!!!
  
  Five years ago we sat in your office, and discussed a complicated case involving so many things, we were so scared and unsure of the outcome. The one thing we had decided is that we would take a chance on a female rookie attorney who had passed the bar exam a year before. But, the most important thing was she said that she could get Fernando's paperwork finalized.
  
  There were times when we never thought this day would come, and through the shed of tears, and all of our up and downs our attorney's game plan paid off. So much has changed in this last five years, and as Fernando said a week ago this is finally ending the chapter in this portion of our book.
  
  Everything is more then we could have imagined and so unbelievable, we feel very blessed, thanks to you, and your paralegals who have worked hard for all of this to happen. We don't even know if thank you is enough or even the correct words to use considering how much work and how many tears have been shed in the last 14+ years to get to this moment.
