This place is the best place to bring your brass horn or woodwind instrument! We have personally used it for trombone and clarinet service as well as repair service. They have repair technicians on site.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our school uses it and they even delivered my kid's instrument there so that I didn't have to make a second trip to the store to pickup after it was ready. Now that is service!

Mike is very genuine and happy to help where he can. I am very happy to do business with him whenever I can.

About 4 years ago he refinished a Williams 6 for me and it is still in pristine condition. Great guy and quality work comes from his shop.

I would first like to clarify a few things. Firstly , BAC is top notch for skill, quality, and repair/customization options for instruments. Their new store space is spacious and clean, and the employees/technicians are knowledgeable and really great people (I used to work here).

I would not, however, go here for supplies for your instrument. I have not purchased many, so I can't speak for every item, but a very popular slide oil set me back twice the cost that I would have paid online (shipping included). This isn't a huge deal though, as these supplies are a huge convenience and courtesy at their location.

If you are a pro/student who needs a good repair or modification this place is for you. Mike and his team are THE BEST. But if you are someone who just needs a convenient place to buy supplies, I urge you to go elsewhere.
