My husband and I were looking for a place to get away from the noise of the city. If you choose here you will not find it. The site to the right of us the guy played his cussing rap which included a man rapping about licking things you could here this clear down the road. On the left of us was a group of younger kids who were yelling, drinking, and shooting off fireworks. We got there on Saturday and had to pack up at 1:30am because the profanity and vulgar remarks continued passed the campsites 10pm "Quiet Time". As we left for our one and a half hour trip home on labor day weekend the owner caught us leaving, I told him everything. He stated he drove through there. That was a lie, because if he had he would've heard them and the mortar firework they shot off right by our tent. We paid for 2 nights and barerly stayed for one. They have yet to give us any form of refund. Thank you Twin Pine campground for ruining what should have been a relaxing weekend. Like I stated if you want quiet this is not the campsite. Fair warning!

This place is a great place for family's & kids. Joe & cheryl are very nice gracious people. The river is great fun. Been coming here since '07-ish & love it & call it " our campground home".

My wife and I have been going here to kayak for years. We went recently and brought our own kayak and paid for a shuttle ($10 each) when we arrived we realized that we had forgotten our paddles. I asked the lady behind the counter if we could rent some from them, she said "yes" when I asked her the price it took her longer than it should have and she replied $10 each as if she just made a price up as she was standing there. (This price is not listed on the website along with other prices.) I told her that the priced seemed a little high and she rudely responded "you don't have to pay it and you don't have to go" I said that I was just expressing that I thought the price was high. She said "I can charge what I want"
We have never had a bad experience at this place until that day. We will definitely not be going back again. I have a group of 12 family members that are cancelling the camping and kayaking trip they had scheduled for the end of the summer. People need to realize that they should not be so rude to customers.
