Service by all staff was excellent as was the breakfast. Nice pool.

The building itself is nice and the maintenance crew is helpful and friendly. Attempting to get after hours assistance was a challenge and I had to dig around to find the phone number. This complex is owned by a much larger company that should have the ability to provide better service. No security guard was posted during one of the busiest weeks of the year. As a result, some kids walked over from a neighboring condo and put my wife in a very uncomfortable and threatening situation.

Nice place. They have updated the grounds since my last visitthey look great. They added grills for everyone to use. We'll keep coming here.

Great quite condo. Good pool, and sauna room. Plenty of beautiful beach front to relax on and love the rounded balconies on the units.

Stayed on 22nd Floor in one bed 2 bath w Bunk Beds in the hall and foldout couch, washer/dryer n Kitchen. Beautiful view of the Gulf. Never got the ice maker to work but everything else did. 3 elevators service all floors so u don't wait long to get up or down. Plenty parking in the multi level parking lot. Great Beach access and Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub! Convenient to everything!

Nice condo. Stayed a week. Views were good, very easy beach access. Walk past the pool, down a wooden ramp, beach. Close to just about anything you want to do or get into. Covered parking garage under the condo, which was real nice and convenient. Only 6ft 7in clearance in the garage so lifted vehicles may have parking issues. Kathy was awesome and a lot of help with any and all info we needed.

Great condo. This is probably the best equipped ,nicely decorated condo with very comfortable furniture and beds that we've had in our 7 years here. However I t would be nice if the pool was heated. Also we really need a telephone land line for safety as our Canadian cell phone didn't work. Biggest balconies on the beach.

Great Location 5 stars Lots of fun for my family on our vacation. Best thing was our trip to shell island with Sunshine Watersports PC. Took the jet skis to island, got encounter the dolphins. This trip was worth every penny

This place needs a maintenance program..bad! Upon arriving we noticed that our condo wasn't very clean, it appeared to be ran down, and the front door could easily be kicked in because the door frame is rotten with about 1/2 of slop in the latch. Our patio/balcony was absolutely filthy with cigarette butts, tobacco pouches, and some kind of nasty black stuff around the patio doors. The laundry door is about to fall down, there is black mold growing in the bathroom, kitchen furniture is falling apart, and you better bring your own kitchen utensils if you plan on cooking much.
On the plus sidethe location is great, the wifi is nice, pool is nice and clean, and the view of the beach is fantastic.response / report this review -

Be careful staying at Twin Palms. I stayed Saturday to Saturday and there was construction (a jackhammer, to be exact) beginning every morning at 7am until 3-5pm, give or take. We went and spoke to management and he told us we could pack up and leave. I can assure you I will not be returning.
