  While in vacation in Ohio from the west coast, I had a failure with my Firestone Ride Rite airbag system. The original install in my home state was done incorrectly, resulting in a failure and collapse of my lower mounting brackets. Being on a tight schedule, I found Ohio Light Truck Parts Company online and gave them a call. Not only did they stock the airbags I needed, but they got me in immediately!
  
  When I dropped my truck off, I showed them the picture of my old airbags and they immediately knew what the problem was. They removed the old bags and installed a new kit in short order. After returning home, it was obvious they installed my airbags correctly as no further problems were encountered.
  
  Customer service was outstanding and they allowed my vacation to continue without having to change any of my plans. I highly recommend the crew at Ohio Light Truck Parts Company. They installed the new airbags much cheaper than my local shop out west here charged me.

  Very disappointed! I purchased everything I could find in the store that worked for my truck. Everything was great until I had them install side steps. Immediately after they installed the steps it was clear that they would not work for my situation. I offered to pay for the installation and a new set of steps and the installation for the new steps and they refused. Won't shop there any longer. Poor customer satisfaction!
