Our family really enjoys going for day visits at Turtle Lake. Very relaxing and friendly.

However, I have some suggestions in order to improve the facility:

1) The playground equipment is rusty, dangerous, and falling apart. I cannot let my two-year-old son play there. The current equipment desperately needs to be replaced with new equipment.
2) Make one or two rooms / cabins pet-friendly. We can currently only attend for day visits because we have to bring our two dogs. (Oaklake Trails in Oklahoma has one cabin that is pet-friendly)
3) Beach area needs more sand. Grass is currently growing over the sand that has been there for quite a few years.
4) Build a full outdoor pool with a slide. This would attract the younger generation to your facility.

UPDATE (June 24, 2017): Disappointed to see the same playground still standingit is rusty, a splinter hazard, and a tetanus hazard. I do not let my 4-year-old son play there. Please tear it down before a kid gets hurt. Also, please replace wood on the viewing dock as it is rotting. However, he did enjoy the miniature golf. We noticed that, with ALL the people here for the nude Olympics, my son was the ONLY child there. We love Turtle Lake, but the vibe there today (although jubilant) was that of a crowd who were clearly glad to be child-free and I felt out of place as a mother with a small child. .

This is a nice nudist resort. I like to camp here all week and never have to wear anything butt sun screen.

Lots of space to walk and enjoy activities. There are two pools and a hot tub plus mini golf and a beach plus a play set for the children. Camping spaces are big and showers and bathrooms are kept very clean. Pool indoors is usually 86 degrees!

We came last year for the Olympics and never leftlolbought a park model in less than 6 months. The people are AMAZINGthey are FAMILY! I am so happy we found this..our peace.our home.

We go about every year. Very relaxing. Definitely better than any county or state park. I won't go to a county or state park ever again. There is a night and day difference in the way people are toward one another. Turtle Lake is more like family.
